Corporate Wellbeing Training in Lagos

Most workplace problems are not skills problems. The work gets done. What wears a team down is the manager who cannot give feedback without it landing as an attack, the colleague who goes silent instead of raising the issue, the meeting where the real disagreement never surfaces and resurfaces later as missed deadlines.

We work with organisations in Lagos on the human side of how teams function. Communication, emotional intelligence, handling conflict, managing pressure without passing it down the line.

What We Deliver

In-house training. Sessions delivered at your office, built around emotional intelligence, communication, conflict resolution and managing pressure.

Workshops. Practical, interactive sessions for teams, departments or leadership groups.

Coaching. One to one work with managers and executives on how they communicate and lead under pressure.

Speaking engagements. Keynotes and conference sessions on relationships, communication and emotional wellbeing.

How It Works

We start with a conversation about what is actually happening in your organisation. Training built on assumptions is training people sit through politely and forget.

From there we design the session around what you have described, using your context and realistic scenarios rather than generic case studies. Sessions are practical and participative. People leave with something they can use in the next difficult conversation, not a handout.

All training is delivered personally by our lead therapist.

Questions HR and Team Leads Ask

How many people can attend?
Anything from a small leadership team to a full department. Smaller groups allow deeper discussion, larger groups work well for awareness sessions and keynotes. Tell us the number and we will shape the format around it.

Do you come to our office?
Yes. Sessions are usually delivered on site, which works better because people are in their own environment. Virtual delivery is available for distributed teams.

How long is a session?
It depends on the objective. A focused workshop can run half a day. Awareness sessions and keynotes are shorter. Ongoing programmes run across several sessions.

Can this be tailored to us?
Yes, and it always is. The scoping conversation exists so the content reflects your industry, your team structure and the specific issues you are dealing with.

Will staff be asked to share personal things in front of colleagues?
No. This is training, not group therapy. Nobody is put on the spot or asked to disclose anything private in front of their manager. Participation stays voluntary and comfortable.

How do we know it made a difference?
We agree what you want to shift before we start, and gather feedback afterwards against it.
